Information you may provide
When you contact Davis by WhatsApp or email, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, messages or attachments, and details such as budget, purchase purpose, projects, layouts, areas or viewing times. You choose what to share. General property enquiries do not need identity documents, bank account details or complete financial records; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
WhatsApp and email enquiries
WhatsApp links open a pre-filled message that you can complete, edit and choose to send. Clicking a link does not automatically send Davis a message. The website currently has no on-site enquiry submission backend. Messages, email addresses and attachments you send are handled through the messaging or email service you use. Opening an external service may also allow that service to process link and technical information.
How enquiry information is used
Enquiry information is used to answer property-related questions, understand your needs, discuss projects and purchase conditions, follow up on your enquiry or viewing request, and keep relevant communication records. Viewing times and arrangements need separate confirmation; a request does not confirm an appointment. You can ask Davis to stop further enquiry follow-up.
We do not sell your enquiry information to unrelated third parties. If Nilai Harta, a developer or another relevant service provider needs to help answer a question or arrange a viewing, we will confirm the relevant referral with you first and share only information needed for that purpose.
Browser selections and technical information
Project comparison uses browser local storage to remember selected projects for return visits. The comparison feature does not submit these selections to the website server. There is currently no automatic expiry; you can remove them by clearing this website’s browser data. This is not advertising tracking.
Platforms providing hosting, content delivery or security may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, requested pages and error records to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems and maintain security. Handling and retention depend on the provider and actual configuration. This is separate from whether website analytics is enabled.
Cookies, analytics and advertising tracking
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Pixel: Neither is currently enabled. This website currently does not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies.
If enabled in future, this policy will be updated beforehand to explain the services, purposes, data categories, cookies or similar technologies, and relevant notices and choices. Depending on the settings, these services may record page views, project or link clicks, browser or device categories and approximate visitor regions. Such tracking is not currently enabled. Enquiry messages, phone numbers, email addresses and identity documents should not be sent as analytics or advertising event parameters.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, email services, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu / RedNote and hosting providers have their own privacy practices. Any analytics service enabled in future will also have its own policy. Interactions on external platforms are governed by their terms and privacy policies; this website cannot control all of their processing.
Retention and privacy questions
Enquiry records should be kept according to the practical need to answer enquiries, coordinate viewings and handle related records. You can use the email or WhatsApp contact below to ask how information is used, or request access to, correction or deletion of relevant enquiry records and an end to further contact. Davis will respond according to the records held and applicable requirements. This policy does not promise a fixed retention period or immediate deletion of every record. Information held by external platforms also needs to be managed through their settings and procedures.
